Control and Audit document use with Locklizard PDF DRM Software
Locklizard are pleased to announce Enterprise PDF Security, their latest DRM software product providing PDF DRM protection to the large publisher or corporate enterprise.
Enterprise PDF Security has significant appeal to both large publishers who want to know for marketing purposes what their most popular documents are, and the corporate enterprise that need to know for accountability purposes what users have viewed/printed confidential documents.
Enterprise PDF Security provides the same the functionality of Locklizard Safeguard PDF Security (preventing PDF copying, sharing, printing, screenshots, and providing document expiry, dynamic watermarks, etc.) but with many additional security, customization, and administration features.
The administration system has been created specifically for ease-of-use for large publishers and enterprises needing to manage a significant number of users, documents and publications. Administrators can perform batch actions on user, document, and publication records, and information can be readily imported, exported, and backed-up. Advanced search and sort facilities, statistics, auditing and reports, ensure all important administration data is readily available for viewing, printing, and exporting.
Administrators can log system, user, and document activity and events (e.g. when a document is viewed or printed), generate reports, view statistics (e.g. how many users have access to a specific document), and suspend documents to enforce specific document start times and usage. Expiry and unauthorized use messages are customizable, and users can be redirected to web pages displaying your custom information.
For publishers selling subscription services, Lock Lizard Enterprise PDF Security enables you to manage your subscription base effortlessly by providing expiry to multiple subscriptions on an individual user account basis. You can also choose when the document expiry message (or redirection to a URL of your choice) is displayed (e.g. 5 days before a document expires), giving your customers ample time to renew their subscriptions.
Enterprise PDF Security entry level pricing is just $4995 for a subscription license, with perpetual and own server licenses available. More information can be found at PDF Enterprise Rights Management.
